Troubleshooting Frequently Asked Questions

We want your iLandscape365 experience to be seamless. Please read through these common troubleshooting FAQs and watch our tutorial videos. 

How do I access iLandscape365?
Registered attendees will receive an email, on February 1st, with instructions on how to access iLandscape365. A unique email address will be needed for each attendee so they can access the platform properly. If you register after February 1st, the instructions for accessing iLandscape365 will be in your confirmation email. You can also log in here: https://cvent.me/bVKm5r

Do I need to install anything on my computer to access iLandscape365?
Browsers
You will need the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge. NOTE: We do not recommend using Internet Explorer, as functionality will be limited.

In order to participate in the sessions and networking, please make sure you have the most recent version of Zoom (5.3 or higher).

If you do not have Zoom Desktop downloaded, please use this link: https://zoom.us/download and select Zoom Client for Meetings.

I’m having trouble logging in/getting an error code/can’t register.
Please try clearing your browser cookies and cache first. We find that occasionally there will be something within the cookies and cache that will cause an error. If this does not fix the issue, please email anagy@ilca.net or call the office. Note that wait times may be increased on February 3rd and 4th.

I’m trying to watch a session and I’m getting a blank screen or a message saying “We’re almost ready” and then nothing happens. What can I do? 
This is a connection issue. Please make sure you’re using one of the recommended browsers and that you’ve updated or installed Zoom on your computer. If you are on Wi-Fi, try a hard wired connection. Wireless signals can disrupt connection. A company VPN setting could also be causing the disconnect. Please contact your company IT professional regarding these types of connection issues.

How do I participate in Trivia Night?
It is best to have TWO devices to play Trivia. We will be using the super-easy game Kahoot to play. You do not need to download any software. We recommend you use a desktop, laptop, or tablet to watch the Zoom and your smart phone to answer the questions. Your smart phone will act as your game controller. Instructions will be provided during trivia night.

What if I want to upgrade my registration from a Marketplace Only Pass to an Education Pass?
Please use the modify registration link located in your confirmation email. You can also upgrade your registration after you’re logged in to iLandscape365 under Your Information on the My Event tab. 

Do I need to sign up for sessions?
In short, no. Education Pass holders have access to everything on the platform – including live and recorded content. Marketplace-only pass holders have access to the live keynotes and six live education sessions held on February 3-4, 2021. Marketplace-only pass holders do NOT have access to recorded content after the event has concluded (except for Master Classes, vendor showcases, Spanish-language education). An upgrade to the Education Pass is necessary to access all recorded content for 365 days.

I have an Education Pass. How do I access the on demand sessions?
After you log in to iLandscape365, click on the All Sessions tab. The on demand education sessions will show up under the Before Event tab.

How will CEU’s be reported?
Landscape Architects: The entire iLandscape365 program has been approved for Landscape Architect CEU’s. Landscape Architects will need to complete a 10 question learning assessment and score 75% or higher in order to be granted CEU’s for each course.
Certified Arborists: 10 sessions have been approved for Certified Arborist CEU’s. Visit the iLandscape365 virtual attendee hub to view the sessions.
