Because exhibitor demand is high and available booth space is limited, companies interested in exhibiting should begin by joining the iLandscape Exhibitor Wait List.

1. Join the Exhibitor Wait List

Companies typically spend 2–3 years on the exhibitor wait list before booth space becomes available. Joining the wait list ensures your company is considered as opportunities open in future shows.

When booth space becomes available, iLandscape reviews companies on the wait list based on several factors, including:

• Relevancy of the company’s products or services to the iLandscape audience

• Existing representation of similar products or services on the show floor
• Landscape Illinois membership

• Length of time on the exhibitor wait list

2. Build a Presence Through Sponsorship

You don’t need a booth to start getting your company in front of the iLandscape audience.

Companies on the exhibitor wait list are welcome to purchase select sponsorship and advertising opportunities, allowing your brand to have a presence at the show while you wait for exhibit space to become available.
