What is iLandscape365?
iLandscape365 is a mixture of live and on-demand content. The idea is to capture the experience of a live event with a treasure trove of on-demand sessions that can be accessed after the live event concludes. There is simply not enough time in 48 hours to access all the content we have at iLandscape365. Live programming and access to the on-demand sessions will start on February 3rd.

What’s included in the Marketplace Only ticket?
Includes year-long access to the exhibitor Marketplace. Includes day-of access to the keynotes, six live education presentations, Master Class series, vendor showcases, networking events (morning coffees, lunch bunches, evening entertainment, etc.), raffles, product showcases, Irrigation Workshop, Spanish-language education sessions, and more. Access to Awards Program included! Recordings of the Master Classes, vendor showcases, Spanish-language education, etc., are available year round. Upgrade to an Education Pass for 365-day access to recordings of the keynotes, six live education presentations and 34 additional on-demand presentations.

What’s included in the Education Pass?
Everything that’s included in the Marketplace Only ticket PLUS 34 on-demand presentations. Bonus Content: In addition to the 34 on-demand sessions, attendees will have access to a complete library of recorded programs and content that was presented throughout 2020. 365-day access to recordings of all education sessions, keynotes, etc.

Will I need to sign up for sessions?
In short, no. Education Pass holders have access to everything on the platform – including live and recorded content. Marketplace-only pass holders have access to the live keynotes and six live education sessions held on February 3-4, 2021. Marketplace-only pass holders do NOT have access to recorded content after the event has concluded (except for Master Classes, vendor showcases, Spanish-language education). An upgrade to the Education Pass is necessary to access all recorded content for 365 days.

How will CEU’s be reported?
Landscape Architects: The entire iLandscape365 program has been approved for Landscape Architect CEU’s. Landscape Architects will need to complete a 10 question learning assessment and score 75% or higher in order to be granted CEU’s for each course.
Certified Arborists: 10 sessions have been approved for Certified Arborist CEU’s. Visit the iLandscape365 virtual attendee hub to view the sessions. 

What are Master Classes?
Short, 30-minute sessions taught by industry luminaries. These “secret sauce” presentations are not CEU eligible. These are included with both registration tickets (Marketplace Only and Education Pass).

How do I access iLandscape365?
Registered attendees will receive an email, on February 1st, with instructions on how to access iLandscape365. A unique email address will be needed for each attendee so they can access the platform properly.

What is the iLandscape365 cancellation policy?
Access to iLandscape365 is available year-round. Marketplace only passes are non-refundable. Education Passes are refundable less a $25.00 per person administration fee. To request cancellation, please submit your request on the cancellation page. For questions, please email anagy@ilca.net. There will be no refunds on any pass or ticket after the show ends on 2/4/2021.
